INTERMISSION: A BRIEF VALENTINE’S DAY POEM

If your love-life’s faltering
If the thrill is gone
Pour your love a creme de menthe
And put Phil Collins on.
You will feel rejuvenated,
Positively wired,
As you shimmy round the lounge
To ‘No Jacket Required’.
Grab your lover firmly!
Kiss them once or twice!
It’s another day for you and them
IN PARADISE.
